Our ambition to transform the world of work is outlined within our internal organisation which promotes collaboration and sharing among peers. That way, when a specific skill is required for a mission, our ecosystem enables us to call talents from each community and assemble them into a multidisciplinary team.

The Overall Organisation
All communities work in a transversal way within the organisation, they complement each other and have a dedicated Practice Leader.
The Practice Leader’s role is essential, as it aims to coordinate initiatives while still being a warrant of the global vision. They support skill development and the mentors’ role. They also take part in the definition and evolution of our offers, while also participating in the recruitment of new talents. In parallel, the Practice Leader is also in charge of community events and is involved in the creation of OKRs along with the executive team.
Each community member is an expert in the field they belong to. Together with their peers, community members can share their knowledge, create assets in their name and craft their own professional journey at Wemanity.
With the same goal in mind, community members all have their own environment with an individual learning path, a mentoring program, peer-sharing, training and dedicated events.
