People at the heart of organisations
We believe humans are key for future-proof organisations. To be the explorers, the catalysts and the dreamers that will drive innovation forward. And to accompany the change that innovations trigger.

Guided by the Toltec Agreements
The Toltec lived in central Mexico, and their traditions were those of education and passing knowledge down to the next generation. The five agreements show how the Toltec concepts and ideas can help us realize our full potential as well-balanced and happy people, and how to remove the weight of other people’s expectations on us. The 5 Toltec agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz guide our steps ever since our creation.

A more sustainable and responsible future, together
We are an engaged company and act towards a more sustainable and responsible future. We are convinced that, if everyone does their part in the environmental and societal challenges, the world can only be better.
Every person joining us has the possibility to get involved in the group’s CSR program, by sharing good practices, through our charity programs, skill sponsorship or by launching positive-impact initiatives.

Once a year, our international agile community meets to exchange on our flagship topic: Changing the world of work together! It’s the perfect time to learn new skills and grow as Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Agile coaches in a safe environment!

A Knowledge Share (KS) unites all members of the same practice community for a half-day with collaboration and co-design at the heart of it. Collective workshops led by our cooperators, peer-to-peer sharing and laughter are on the program. True moments of brotherhood in an uncomplicated environment.
Culture Day
Culture Day
Once we welcome new cooperators, we organise a special onboarding day for them! It’s time to get a refresh on the enterprise's vision, values and foundations for a total immersion into Wemanity’s culture.
Entreprise Celebrations
Entreprise Celebrations
At each key event, Wemanity throws a party for their cooperators. Whether it’s a Christmas dinner, a theme afterwork, or Wemanity’s anniversary, every pretext is a good reason, eat delicious meals and create new memories together.
Transparency Night
Transparency Night
Once a year, we organise a transparency night during which all issues are laid on the table in an anonymous way so that information can circulate and blurry topics can be addressed. The goal is clear: promote transparency and create a safe environment where everyone can work and collaborate trustfully.
