Being a Change Manager @ Wemanity means
Tackling ambitious missions with the support of a group that has developed a unique expertise in the people side of transformations in and outside Belgium.
Developing your expertise with our Community of Change Managers through training programmes, knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Connecting to an international and multicultural community with numerous events (Afterworks, Noisy Tuesdays, Wemanity Sans Frontières, Open Wenation Weekend).
Your Missions (if you accept it 🦸)
At your client, your goal will be to enable business success while ensuring that the people involved experience the change as comfortably as possible.
- Leading the people side of the change using a structured methodology
- Aligning and supporting the solution side of the change at hand
- Ensuring timely and qualitative communication with stakeholders, facilitating workshops and ensuring coaching and training for leadership
- Defining and analysing the performance and satisfaction indicators as key initiators of corrective actions
- Participating in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate strategy and approach
- Sustaining this change by building the approach around key people and sponsors since the early steps while having a system in place that allows organisations to self-rescue themselves when our support comes to an end
- Ensuring the overall quality of activities and deliverables of our change team at the client
You will participate in the life of your community of Change Managers.
- Defining the organisation of the community, from the trainings to the social (learning) activities.
- Sharing and exchanging best practices with a vibrant team of change practitioners.
- Meeting the potential new members of your community to ensure they have the right mindset and expertise.
- Contributing to the company's growth by referring the right people from your network and identifying potential business leads (with bonuses on top).
- Potentially coaching our Junior Change Managers throughout their careers.
🕵️ Your profile
What we’re looking for:
- You have 4 years of relevant change management experience in large-scale transformations across the organisation or at least department-wide
- You are professionally proficient in English, with Dutch or French
- You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
- You share our obsession for customer success
- You have a growth mindset
- You possess a servant leadership attitude
- You like to be in the driver's seat of your own journey within the organisation and don’t want everything to be mapped out upfront for you
- You are pragmatic and entrepreneurial in the face of challenges
- You like to help out and are not afraid to ask for help
You’ll be our rockstar if:
- You are ADKAR -or another change management approach-certified
- You thrive on challenges and see the potential for employees to develop the skills and behaviours to adopt the change
